3. User Obligations

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI (CV suggestions, cover letters, interview questions) is provided for your use. We do not guarantee accuracy, relevance, or suitability. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before use.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Upon deletion, we will remove your account data and personal information from our systems, subject to any retention required by law (e.g., billing records). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
